Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in the software development business and has specialised in the electricity industry since 1998. He is responsible for strategic product development, managing prototyping and the development of the technologies that are the foundation of our software. He takes a hands-on approach to managing the exceptional quality standards maintained by the development team, ensuring that we always deliver robust, reliable solutions to our clients.

With a background in project management and business process improvement, Paul understands the need to deliver solutions that meet client’s needs and anticipate their future requirements. He works closely with the rest of the Quorum team, with a particular focus on capturing customer requirements to formulate product and service propositions that can help customers to optimise the value they realise from their assets.

Software Development Manager

Jamie is a graduate of Sheffield University where he studied software engineering. He joined Quorum in 2005 and has developed an intimate working knowledge of product suite, the market and the dynamics that drive product development. He is responsible for management of the development team, providing leadership and support to colleagues, ensuring that Quorum continues to deliver market leading software of the highest standard.

Before joining Quorum, Adam spent 10 years working as an IT manager at a large power station. Adam now utilises his lengthy experience in the power industry and his technical knowledge to manage Quorum’s resources throughout the project delivery process, liaising with our customers to deliver software that adds value to their business processes.
