Quorum Development Ltd has established this quality policy to be consistent with the purpose and context of our Organisation. The management team’s vision is that Quorum should be synonymous with professionalism, innovation and faultless delivery in every area of service. A key contributor to achieving this is the operation of a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
We are committed to satisfying applicable requirements by ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met. Through our process approach, we shall ensure that the stated requirements of our service users are fully understood and met in a timely and professional manner.
We are committed to continually improving in every area of service offered and shall take into consideration risks and opportunities that could play a part or affect conformity of our services whilst determining areas for improvement that may have the ability to enhance levels of overall satisfaction with those services.
We have established ‘Quality Objectives’ and shall monitor and measure our performance against them, maintaining documented evidence of the results we achieve.
Continual improvement will be enhanced by our commitment to our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, ensuring that we continually meet requirements and retain documented information as part of our overall performance evaluation. We shall communicate the importance of effective quality management to the team so that everyone at Quorum Development Ltd has an awareness of our Quality Management system.
We promote improvement, establish partnerships with our external providers, support all roles throughout the business, conscious that every role is important to our overall success and fully understand and manage data protection requirements associated with GDPR.
This policy will be communicated to all employees and can be made available to organisations and interested third parties at management discretion. Employees, and where applicable other organisations, are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment.
This policy will be reviewed annually by senior management and where necessary amended and re-issued.
